Get more value using Amazon Flex Rewards and pre-scheduled blocks

As an Amazon Flex delivery partner, you can reach your goals and maximise your earnings. From taking advantage of the perks in Amazon Flex Rewards, to planning and scheduling ahead to maximise how much you deliver, here are some ways to get the most value from your deliveries with Amazon Flex.

‍Take advantage of Amazon Flex Rewards

With Amazon Flex Rewards, you have access to great discounts to make your earnings go further. You can take advantage of up to 10% off Coles, 8% off Woolworths, 11% off Supercheap Auto, 9% off Bunnings, 7% off Amazon.com.au Gift Cards and 11% off Rebel.

Based on your feedback, we have added 8 new retailers to the Amazon Flex Rewards program for all levels. You will receive up to 7% off ASOS, 5% off Lowes, 5% off SHEIN, 6% off IKEA, 7% off HelloFresh, 5% off Sephora, 7% off Spark Pop, and 6% off Ticketmaster. These new discounts join the hundreds of featured discounts you already have access to through Onsi.*

To ensure more delivery partners can benefit from Amazon Flex Rewards, we are introducing a $250 monthly spending limit per select retailer. The limit will apply only to Rewards Level 2 to 4 tiers across Amazon.com.au Gift Cards, Bunnings, Coles, Rebel, Supercheap Auto and Woolworths. Once you have exceeded the limit, you will still be able to access Level 1 discounts with no monthly spending limit restriction.

You are eligible for Amazon Flex Rewards when you successfully complete your first delivery block. You can view your reward level by visiting the “Rewards Details” screen in “Your Dashboard” in the Amazon Flex app.

Plan and schedule ahead

‍Planning and scheduling delivery blocks in advance can help you secure more opportunities and maximise your earnings. Amazon Flex offers are released seven days in advance for you to schedule, to help with your planning. Amazon Flex Rewards also allows you to reserve your favourite blocks with Preferred Scheduling, once you earn enough points to unlock Rewards Level 2. Points are obtained by completing blocks and making (or attempting to make) deliveries. This enables you to set your preferred station, day of the week, and time of day in the Amazon Flex app, and start to see “Rewards Reserved Offers” in the Offers screen, alongside already existing offers. Reward Reserved Offers are based on your preferences, and depending on your level you will have up to 30 minutes to accept these offers. These are available for a limited time to accept before the offer expires.
