Meet a delivery partner who drove with Amazon Flex while building her small business

Taylor began delivering with Amazon Flex in Sydney in 2024, seeking a flexible way to supplement her income while saving for her wedding and growing her small business. By pre-scheduling midday blocks, she was able to work on her business in the mornings and still enjoy free evenings to plan the wedding of her dreams.

“I knew I wanted something flexible, so I had time to work on my small business and still save for my wedding,” Taylor said. “My husband had been delivering with Amazon Flex for a few years and really enjoyed it, so I thought I’d give it a try!”

In addition to the flexibility to schedule blocks in a way that supported her goals, delivering with Amazon Flex also satisfies Taylor’s sense of adventure. One of the things Taylor loves most about Amazon Flex is that she delivers to areas she would not typically visit and enjoys interacting with customers across Sydney. One experience that sticks out is a customer who left out a cart with water and snacks for delivery partners. “It was such a hot day, and I felt really appreciated,” she said.
