Prepare your documents
You’ll need to provide clear scans or photos of the following documents to verify your identity:
- Driver's Licence
- Medicare Card
- Passport or VISA classification
Complete training
Training provider: Academy Green
Format: Online on either laptop or desktop or in-person
Duration: 4 hours
Use the Amazon code from your Bluecard email and the email you used to sign up to Amazon Flex to register.
Start delivering
Academy Green will email your Bluecard Certificate of Accreditation to your Amazon Flex account email.
Input the certificate number in the Amazon Flex app. Amazon Flex will verify your certificate and you will be able to start accepting blocks.
Before you enrol
Academy Green will ask you to read and confirm that you understand:
- Bluecard Student Handbook — Your guide to learning with Academy Green
- Bluecard ENR Acknowledgement — Academy Green’s privacy policy which details how your information will be used and shared with during your training.
Academy Green will ask you sign the following documents and upload a clear scan or photo to upload during enrollment:Â
- NSW Bluecard Training Plan — Outline of expectations during the training
- USI Application through ATO — This is only required if you don’t already have a Unique Student Identifier (USI)

Does the Bluecard expire?
Valid for 5 years. You may need to complete a 1 hour renewal course depending on which Bluecard training module was taken
What if I already have a Bluecard?
You do not need to complete Bluecard training again. Upload your existing certificate details in the Amazon Flex app.
How will Academy Green know I’m an Amazon Flex delivery partner?
Make sure to use Amazon code stated in your Bluecard email when registering for the training and use the email you signed up to Amazon Flex with.
Will I get paid for my time completing the training?
You will be paid the equivalent of a 4-hour delivery block (Sedan $158*, Large Passenger Vehicle $163* or Cargo Van $171*) after you have completed the Bluecard training and successfully delivered your first Amazon Flex block. The payment will take 7-10 business days and appear in the Earnings tab in the Amazon Flex app.
*Deliver your first block to earn the following for completing Bluecard training; Sedan route $158, Large Passenger Vehicle route $163 and Cargo Van route $171.
