When prompted in the Amazon Flex app provide your Bluecard certificate details so we can confirm your training is valid for use with Amazon Flex.
Renewing your Bluecard
Submit the renewal form below with your Amazon Flex account details. Academy Green will email you the next steps — depending on your original training module, you’ll either apply for a new certification or complete a quick one-hour refresher (Amazon Flex covers the cost and your time).
If a refresher course is required, you’ll be paid after your first delivery block post-renewal:
Sedan
Large Vehicle
Cargo Van
Once renewed, upload your new certificate in the Amazon Flex app:
Settings → Personal info → Bluecard.
Don't have a Bluecard?
To be able to deliver in New South Wales, you'll need a Bluecard certification before you can accept any blocks. Amazon Flex will pay for the course and your time to take it.
