Amazon Flex supports these vehicle types
Vehicle eligibility is determined by Amazon Flex based on a range of factors, including vehicle dimensions, cargo capacity, and available loading space (considering features like fold-down seats and footwell accessibility). Amazon Flex maintains sole discretion over vehicle categorisation and may modify eligibility requirements from time to time based on operational requirements and business needs.
Sedans
Eligible sedans are similar to this image. They have 4 doors and are large enough to safely carry you and Amazon packages, such as cars and hatchbacks.
Up to 4 hours
From $64* for a 2 hour grocery block,
$128* for a 4 hour standard block
Large Passenger Vehicle (LPV)
Eligible large passenger vehicles are similar to this image. They are bigger than a sedan such as minivans, people movers and sports utility vehicles (SUVs) with seats in the back that can transport 5+ people.
Up to 6.5 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid break
From $193* for a 6.5-hour block
Cargo Vans
Eligible cargo vans are similar to this image. Cargo vans are designed purely for the carriage of goods and do not have seats or racking in the back of the vehicle.
Up to 8 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid break
From $270* for an 8-hour block

Non-eligible vehicle examples
Two-door passenger vehicles and oversized vehicles, such as trucks, lorries and utes with open beds, are not eligible for the Amazon Flex program.


Delivery types that work for you
Amazon Flex offers 2 types of delivery options to match your preferences. Here is a snapshot of what you can choose to deliver.
Amazon standard deliveries
Amazon standard blocks last up to 8 hours, depending on vehicle type, and require you to pick up packages from the Amazon delivery station at the start of your block.
Amazon grocery delivery
Amazon grocery blocks last between 1 – 2 hours and require you to pick up groceries or household items from Harris Farm Markets.
